If you opt for a meal plan it will be customized specifically to you. Taking into account your food likes, dislikes, allergies as well as any dietary restrictions such as Kosher, Halal, Gluten-free and lactose intolerant as well any other. Also taking into account how many meals you can have in your day, what you have access too, your food budget and how easy of a meal plan you want to meal prep.

As soon as you join, you’ll receive an email with a link to our onboarding video series, designed to walk you through everything you need to get started—what to prepare, how to navigate the coaching app, and what you can expect in the coming days & weeks. Shortly after, I’ll reach out to you via text to establish our direct line of communication, and send over your login details for our coaching app, where we’ll track every part of your journey together. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be prompted to complete the onboarding form—this gives me the final details I need to craft your personalized plan. After you submit the form, I’ll begin creating your custom plan, which you can expect within 3-4 days, along with a detailed walkthrough video to guide you through every step.
